A Naturopath recommended book!

As a Naturopath, nutrition during preconception, fertility and pregnancy is so incredibly valuable (all the time but you know what I'm getting at).
Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food is an ancient saying that we live by as natural health practitioners and this book is one which i greatly recommend from LTB for all my beautiful clients to purchase during their fertility chapter.
