Mumma Mail’s first card pack, created for mothers experiencing Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG).

50% of HG women experience depression during pregnancy, and 30% go on to experience postpartum depression. This is rooted in the deep psychological and physiological trauma experienced by HG women, suppressed by the expectation to feel joy, gratitude, and excitement.  

Designed from lived experience, this collection was created to support women through one of the most physically and emotionally challenging seasons of pregnancy - when support can feel limited, and the days feel incredibly heavy.

Each card has been thoughtfully written and hand illustrated, featuring real words from HG survivors around the world, so that no mumma has to feel alone in what she’s going through.

During and after HG, the body's nervous system often reacts before the mind has time to reason with it. The affirmations/truths in our care packs exist to recenter our thoughts and self talk. The letters in our packs are intended to give language to suffering - being truly witnessed is part of what allows the nervous system to slowly stop carrying everything alone. 

Each set comes beautifully presented in a premium magnetic closure box, including a wooden stand to display your affirmations. Cards are A6 (postcard size), wrapped in custom tissue and finished with our signature stamp.
