Size: 60 tablets
Each tablet contains: Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum) seed extract 750mg, equivalent to 3g dry seed, and blessed thistle (Cnicus benedictus) herb extract 250mg, equivalent to 1g dry herb.
How to use: Adults only. Take 1 tablet once or twice daily with food, or as directed by your health professional.
