Hydro Bump is a hydration powder made for pregnancy, breastfeeding and postpartum. In one easy to use sachet, it packs the ingredients you need for optimal hydration levels, based on recommended daily intakes and Australian guidelines. The electrolytes in HydroBump aid in hydration and enhance the water absorption process in the body by utilising the body's natural cell mechanisms, hence a hydration booster. Maintaining an optimal level of water in the body, especially during pregnancy and the postpartum period, is essential, as too little or too much can lead to less than optimal functioning.
Water is distributed in two places in the body: inside cells and outside cells. Within this water are solutes (such as electrolytes) that work together to allow water to move inside and outside cells as needed. Water moves freely in and out of cells through a process called osmosis, where it moves to areas of higher solute concentration.
HydroBump is low sugar, naturally sweetened and free from unnecessary ingredients.
